Brief Answer:
steps..

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
You seemed to have developed upper respiratory infection, probably sinusitis with eustachean catarrah.
First start with steam inhalations. You may try ALLRITE vapocaps (OTC- do not need prescription) one vapocap squeezed into vapouriser water and inhale the steam. This generally gives good results.
Take frequent sips of hot water.
you may try OXYSPRAY (OTC- do not need prescription) nasal spray, twice a day into each nostril. This immediately clears nose block and ear heaviness.
I would prescribe Tab. Xyzal (levocetrizine) twice a day for my patients with similar complaints.
If still not relieved, you need to consult a ENT specialist who may see the requirement of an antibiotic.
All the best.
