Brief Answer:
Due to breast feeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After a childbirth it is normal not to have periods due to breast feeding. Since you are breast feeding your baby your prolactin levels will be high which will cause infrequent periods or a decrease in bleeding during periods. The periods return to normal within 2-3 months of stopping the breast feeding. You do not need any special treatment to resume your normal periods. The period of absence of periods depends on the duration of breast feeding.
The reports attached are normal. No specific treatment is needed. You can start taking calcium supplements to avoid any back pain due to calcium deficiency.

Wishing you good health.
