Brief Answer:
He needs a proper psychiatric evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health Care Magic.

Adderall is a psychostimulant and may be responsible for the mentioned symptoms. However without a detailed examination and blood testing, it would be extremely difficult to confirm the diagnosis. As his symptoms are concerning, I would strongly insist you to take him to a psychiatrist without delay and to get him assessed.

If you have any specific queries, you can surely ask me back.
