I have seen white patch like surface on my penis head !! Try to wash but its like peeling like a skin !! Seen on the neck of the penis too!! Pls help the casuses n rememdies

There are a couple of things this could be. One, this could be dry skin, or dermatitis. It is very important to wash your penis frequently, and to keep it moisturized with petrolatum jelly. This is the most likely problem. Second, this could be a fungal infection. In this case, you may need an antifungal powder like clotrimazole an oral antifungal agent like ketoconazole, which will clear this up in a matter of days.
If you are sexually active, I would obtain STD testing to rule out herpes and gonorrohea.
