Brief Answer:
You are overweight.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

Considering your height of 170 cm your ideal weight is 65-66 kg.
Your recommended weight may vary from 54 - 72 kg.

Your actual weight of 86 kg is considered overweight. To obtain a normal body weight, you must lose at least 15-20 kilograms.

The best way to lose weight is the natural way.
-Eat only healthy foods, mostly green vegetables.Avoid fatty ,processed foods.
-Eat small, frequent meals instead of 3 major meals.
-Drink plenty of water
-Exercise regularly every days at least 45 min.

The best way to avoid stretch marks is a gradually controlled weight loss.
If you have stretch marks you have to know that they are harmless and they can fade over time.
-Keep your body hydrated and exercises will make your stretch marks less obvious.
There are some treatment options for stretch marks that can improve their appearance :
-There are a lot of creams that can be useful for stretch marks like:Tretinoin creams (Renova , Retin-A etc) are effective at rebuilding the skin's collagen, helping your stretch marks look like normal skin.
-Laser therapy
-Microdermabrasion
If your stretch marks are a concern for you and you want to get rid of them then I suggest to consult a dermatologist to examine your stretch marks and chose the best option to treat them.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have additional questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Brief Answer:
You should eat a balanced diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

For a good weight it is important to eat a balanced diet.
Your diet should contain 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.
Red meats (beef, pork and lamb) have more cholesterol and saturated (bad) fat than chicken, fish and vegetable proteins such as beans.
So you can eat red meat ( including beef) as long as you limit the amount.
You should limit lean meat ,chicken and fish to less than six ounces per day, total.
You should eat fish at least twice a week.

Take care!
