Question : I am 5 weeks pregnant. Please suggest a safe way to terminate the same.

                                    Brief Answer:
Please get ultrasound scan done
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
It is very important to know the location of pregnancy before terminating it.
If pregnancy is outside womb, its called ectopic pregnancy and can be life threatening if terminated with tablets.
Hence I suggest you get transvaginal ultrasound scan done to diagnose location of pregnancy and let me know the report before plans of termination.

                                    Hi
I've attached the TVS report along with my profile.
The Doctor said that the report is normal and you can confirm the same.
Can I go for the Unwanted Kit available OTC for termination? Kindly help.
Also, what is the correct method to take the medicine? What all should be taken care of?

TVS is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your TVS report is normal.
It is better to take unwanted kit under the guidance of a gynecologist.
In my patients who are in your position I give unwanted kit if necessary.
It contains mifepristone tablet which has to be taken orally. This is followed by 2 tablets of Misoprostol vaginally after 48 hours of Mifepristone.
Instructions can be found on the pack.
