Suggest Some Medicine For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: hello doctor
my name is XXXXXXX from hyderabad i have problem with my sex
i,am unable to sex for long term in nights once i get erect and immediately i use to dysfunction of my penis with in a minute
can u please suggest me tablet which i can maintain for long sex

There are medicines available for better erection and to postpone ejaculation.
Controlling sugar level helps if u r a diabetic and quitting smoking helps if u r a smoker.
Kindly get yourself examined by your urologist and get prescription for the required medicines.

Unfortunately, medical ethics does not permit prescription online.
Moreover, written prescription is a must as these are special medicines.

Hi

Taking medicines without physical examination is not advisable esp. for special conditions like this.
Simple medicines like calpol or brufen can be suggested for other minor illness but not these special medicines, unfortunately.

Welcome back.
Penile Doppler study to check for the blood flow to the part and of course physical examination are necessary.
You also need a counselling session which will go a long way in improving the quality of your personal life.
