Brief Answer:
Primary care physician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read through the problems that you have.
You seem to have issues with all major systems like Endocrinology, Cardiology, Pulmonology and Musculoskeletal issues.
You need a primary care physician who has residency training in Internal Medicine.
You choose a clinic based physician who is seeing patients without insurance in your area and prescribes pain medicines for your back pain. Generally you can negotiate the fee if you pay in cash who give large discounts up to 50% to their regular fee.
Since you have Diabetes this is essential to check every 2 months with a doctor and avoid complications.
So you can search local pages or forums on the internet in your area who accepts cash and does it in discount.
You can write to selfpaypatient.com to find such providers in your area.
All the best.

Thank you so much. Yes I agree I need one Dr who can handle everything for me. I'm trying desperately to find one because I know I must be seen soon for my diabetes and medication refills. Can you suggest a Dr in my area?

Brief Answer:
Healthgrades

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I cannot suggest one who does it with cash.
I suggest to explore the website and write to them.
other option is to check PCP in your area on healthgrades.com and call their office directly. You should choose one within 10 miles as you may have to frequently visit.
My suggestion can be far off.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
