Brief Answer: Refer below Detailed Answer: Hello, Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic! While urinating, try to slow down the flow of urine, without holding your breath or tensing the muscles in your buttocks or belly. When you can slow or stop the flow of urine, you have successfully located these muscles. Contract and release these muscles for a count of 3 to 5. Start with 3 initially. Usually repeated 10 times. However, you need to undergo physical examination, before initiating this as treatment for something you are thinking about and if your doctor feels it appropriate for you, then you can initiate. Stay healthy and thank you for consulting! You can contact me again anytime, if you need clarifications or further assistance in future. Kindly rate the answer if you are satisfied.
