Question : got one canker sore in my mouth , isn't this too deep in side the mouth? do they happen so deep inside? and please recommend some medicine its hurting like hell

I have seen carefully your picture and I think you shouldn't worry because usually canker sore could be in this part of mouth.
I suggest to use directly on the canker sore to relieve pain or discomfort gels such as benzocaine (Orajel, Orabase) or triamcinolone.
