Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that there is not too much to be done in this clinical situation.

Anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or naproxene will help recover from this disorder.

Usually it can take up to a couple of weeks to recover.

I would also recommend avoiding straining physical activity during this period, as it can exacerbate the pain.

Regarding cardiac tests, I would explain that a cardiac stress test is enough to be sure that you do not have coronary artery disease related to the chest pain.

I would not recommend performing further tests considering your symptoms (which are not typical of coronary artery disease), your age and your other performed tests.

So, try to relax!

You should try to be patient! Everything will be OK!

I remain at your disposal if you have any other uncertainties!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
