Question : I have on my blood test lymph( absolute) which is 4.0 and liver is 77 when I go # 2 it comes out yellow usually could I have gallstones.

With just two counts and yellow stools it is not possible to conclude that you have gall stones

There is no detailed history of gastrointestinal symptoms, pain in the gall bladder area, fever etc

Also if you want to confirm gall stones, ultrasound is the best modality
