Hello,

the primary regimens include clindamycin cream 2% (vaginal of course) which should be applied intravaginally at bedtime for 7 days. Alternatively per os treatment can be given. 300mg twice daily for 7 days. Or clindamycin ovules (100mg) at bedtime intravaginally for 3 days.

The most preferred choice is metronidazole 500mg per os twice daily for 7 days.
