Brief Answer:
Do not increase dose if symptoms resolved.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your details thoroughly.
Now you are taking 250mg dicorate, Librium 50mg and quetiapine 100mg.

I need few more details , like,
Why do you want to take 500mg dicorate twice a day? Aren't your symptoms controlled with 250mg?

Dicorate can cause gastritis, weight gain and hair loss commonly. Along with this, it can affect your liver and pancreas. But the serious side effects are rare.
The dose of dicorate is according to weight, that is 20-25mg/kg. But it can gradually be reduced if the person is stable.

If Librium is helping you sleep, do not switch to Clonazepam. Withdrawing from Librium is easier than Clonazepam.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Take the dose on which you are stable.

Detailed Answer:
If you are okay with 250mg dicorate twice a day, then there is no need to take the higher doses.

You can take antacid drug like omeprazole for sore stomach.

Please keep your doctor informed about the dose changes.

Hope this helps.
