Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that Lisinopril and Prednisone may be used concomitantly.
But, you should know that Prednisone may predispose for higher blood pressure values.
Considering such a trend on BP, I recommend monitoring closely your blood pressure values during Prednisone use and if BP shows unusual elevation, then anincrease of Lisinopril to 20 mg daily should be considered, at least temporarily.
You should discuss with your prescribing doctor on the above mentioned issues .
Hope you will find the answer helpful.
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
