Brief Answer:
Thrice daily dosage for pentids 800

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
Pentids contain penicillin G and it is generally advised to be taken thrice a day. Therefore it can be take every 8th hourly. However, oral penicillin is not very commonly used now-a-days except in few specific cases like streptococcus pharyngitis etc. Coamoxyclav is very effective in such cases also. So you can consult your treating doctor about this.
Also, do warm saline gargling and take paracetamol or other over the counter painkillers for relieving pain.

Hope this was useful.
Consult me for any further query.
Regards.
