Question : My doctor told me to have intercourse continuously 4 days to get conceive. My age is 31. Married before 4 years. Still my wife is not conceived. I have this ed observed before an year. I have consulted a doctor he suggested me to take midfil 5mg. But i cant able to get stronger erection with that tablet. So to have a good sperm quality and good erection what tablets can i use?

I read your query and understand your concerns.

The effective dose of tadalafil is 5 to 20 mg so if you are not getting proper response with 5 mg it is advisable to increase dose to 10 mg one hour before sex.

In addition take plenty of antioxidants which includes citrus fruits and garlic, easily available at most grocery stores.
