Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for writing in to is with your health query. I have gone through your query.Vagilact pH capsules has to ne inserted in the vagina. You can start using it either from the first day as your period ends or 10-12 days prior to your periods. You can take it for 7-10 days. Thanks capsule appears to have a plastic ring type cover so was wondering whether it has to be inserted as is or that ring thing needs to be removed. But looks like it has to be used as is could you pl confirm
