Need some further details regarding..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome back,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

The answer is Yes, in an healthy adult Protein-X is not at all needed, on top of that your also consuming banana milk-shake which itself is an extremely high protein/high fat drink..

So please let me know why are you consuming this in the first place ?

Have you checked with any dietitian/nutritionist prior to start it ?

What is your current body weight and height ?

Please let me know these details, so that I can guide you more specifically in this regard..

Please stop unsupervised Protein-X intake as it's responsible for not only obesity but also several other health concern in long term..

Let me know all these details so that I can guide you accordingly..

Brief Answer:
Off course I'll help you, but Please Clarify the following ....

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome back,
Thanks for following up,

First of all, please clarify when you said "we", do you mean your wife/partner also ? Is she also suffering from the same problem ?

Is there any other problems also (feel free to discuss in details)..

Protein-X is definitely not the solution for this unless proven specifically that there's any malnutrition involved, which is extremely UNLIKELY !!

Another good news, as per your description, is your BMI i.e. 18.65 which is absolutely normal, so the reason for the weakness is definitely not nutritional at a glance..

If your concerned about your wife/partner also, please share her current body weight & Height along with, and specifically clarify what all problem is there(in a separate paragraph/column to avoid any confusion in understanding)..

Please don't rush while typing, and follow-up with the necessary details written uniformly and clearly..

Your lunch time and office timings are just fine, let me know these details in order to guide you accordingly..

Awaiting..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
follow-up consultation..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome back,
Thanks for following up,

Please get these investigation done in the first place which'll give a clearer picture behind the weakness and further well being in the long term- CBC with peripheral blood smear, Electrolytes(mainly Sodium, potassium, Calcium and Magnesium), LFT, KFT, Vit B-12 & Vit-D3 levels, FBS, PPBS, 12 lead ECG, Thyroid function assay(fT3, fT4 & TSH) and lipid profile (do note that all these usually come under a comprehensive & preventive health check-up plan, so try to find out if it's applicable in your scenario also)..

You can simply get them done and consult an Internal Medicine Specialist as per your convenience(which will also allow clinical examination, if required) or even upload them here for me to assess further and guide you accordingly..

Don't worry, just plan accordingly (don't delay too much) and let me know how you stay in the due course..

As of now, you don't need any specific medication as the cause for this has to be detected in the first place..

For future reference you can always get in touch with me, below is my Direct follow-up link through which you can contact me directly anytime anywhere, I'll be happy to help -
