Brief Answer:
Regesterone given as 5 mg twice daily.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. Regesterone ( Norethisterone) is given in dosage of 5 mg twice to thrice daily. For delaying periods this is started 5 days before the expected period date to the date till you don't want the period. Then after stopping this you are most likely to get a period within 3 days. You can delay period till 14 days like this. This is a prescription drug and you can ask your GP for prescription.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
