The growth of sex organs like penis is under the influence of hormone called Testosterone.

After age of about 14 years in male the sexual organs develop and grow in size,same time when you start having hair on your bread,under arm pits and genital region.

In flaccid stage(non erectile stage) the size of penis is small. When you get erection the size of penis increases.

If you are getting good erection at times,there is no need to worry.

There are no medications,creams etc that can increase size of penis.

At the same time,please remember that size of penis has nothing to do with sexual satisfaction.
