You need to consult Internal medicine specialist.If the fluid retention is in both lower legs and feet, its likely to be due to systemic cause. You would require further evaluation for some of the following conditions
1. Drug induced
2. Low protein level
4. Cardiac evaluation
5. Renal evaluation
