Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to XXXXXXX
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
The best and permanent solution for inguinal hernias is surgical repair. Usually hernias wont cause some serious consequances but it usually it is growing, painful and unpleasant for lifetime. Also, sometimes,it can become incarcerated and strangulated and then this is surgical emergency. So to prevent all this,I suggest to perfrorm simple surgical procedure which can be done under local anasthesia.
Other treatment methods include belts and avoiding long standing and abdominal exercises, but this is just symptomatic treatment and it wont cure the cause.
Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
