Question : Hello, I think I may have been biten by a black widow spider. No pain but site on hand is slightly red and red on arm also. I am healthy otherwise, what should I do?

Hi and welcome.
If this was black widow spider then some other symptoms would occur such as nausea,vomiting,pain in bones and swelling of while arm. It would occur within 1 hour.
If there is only local redness and pain then this is probably some other insect.you should apply cold compresses,take painkillers and rest with arm.
If symptoms worsen,you should seek medical help. Regards
