Brief Answer:
Ano-proctoscopy; multivitamins - soft bland diet.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Typhoid is a major illness that basically affects the small intestine but eventually affects the whole body as you have noticed - the weight loss and all.
You have been correctly given the medications of typhoid which was positive by the test call Widal test.
The red streak of blood along the stool is usually due to fissure or piles- also called hemorrhoids. This may be self healing.
But it is better to get per-rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy to know the exact cause so that an appropriate management can be done if needed. Better to consult a General Surgeon for this examination.
As for the weakness: Also take multivitamins with mineral as supplement.
Now you can start soft bland diet, fruit juices.
Recovery will surely be there.
First of all stop thinking too much, no stress or anxiety.
Take supplements and gradually come to normal diet as would be advised by your Doctor as per the local traditions and habits.

You will recover soon and faster.

I hope this answer helps you.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Be assured that if there is a proper diagnosis and management you will certainly regain your health.
The Tiredness and weakness could have been due to Typhoid and the delayed diagnosis and management causes its own sequel and complications. These need time to recover well.
Also important is to see for other associated causes which can cause similar symptoms like diabetes, Vitamin D and other deficiencies, stress and anxiety, thyroid problems and so on.
This needs the following:
Proper clinical evaluation by your Doctor, examination and relevant other investigations. These rule out any other cause.
Getting the cause of weight loss is very important asap to correct the cause.
Please request your Doctor to go into details as we just discussed.
And stop worrying as it does not help at all.

Take care.
