Brief Answer:
Following answers to your queries.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Symptoms of food poisoning include:

- diarrhea
- nausea/vomiting
- fever
- abdominal cramps

Treatment include:

1. Within the first 2 hours of consuming food is advised to drink plenty of warm water (up to 2 or 3 liters) to provoke vomiting if there is no vomiting. This will empty the stomach thus less poison is absorbed in the intestines.

2. Consuming fluids like water, or parenteral perfusion are advised to help clean the body from the poisoning.

3. Fecal culture is advised to rule out pathological (poison) bacteria in order to determine whether you need antibiotic treatment.
