Dear XXXX, I have gone through your question and I can understand your concerns. i

It seems that excessive urination causes you dehydration .. dry mouth and nervousness are signs of dehydration .. you should take plenty of Oral rehydration solution to correct that. As for the excessive urination, it could be due to -

1) enlarged prostate or prostatitis
2) diabetes
3) kidney/urinary tract infection
4) some. medications may cause excessive urination
