Brief Answer:
repeat ultrasound scan.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i must advise you that 2-4mm stone is not alarming in size.
Most stones upto 6 mm in size, flush off in urine, if you drink liquids 12-15 glasses daily. In one years' time, you should repeat the scan to check, if stones have gone.
Taking Magnessium, Potassium, Citrate syrup or tablets help in dissolving the stones.
You could have mentioned your calcium and phosphorus levels. What's KFT .??
Blood calcium, phosphorus, uric acid and 24 hours calcium, phosphorus and uric acid levels are needed for advising, treatment for preventive measures.
For treatment of OA(osteo-arthritis),calcium tablets will help. Check your BMD. Hope an Orthopedic surgeon is treating your OA.
