Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
I have sympathy for pain you are suffering from.
5mm disc bulge is not serious issue as it is not compressing nerve root.
you are already on high doses of medicine so continue with this.
If no relief then epidural steroid shot may help you.
Physiotherapy like IFT And TENS will help you to reduce pain.
injection methylcobalamine will help as neurotropic. ,you can start it consulting your doctor.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
