Hi,

I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

You are on correct treatment for BP, Migraine, skin allergy.

For pre- diabetes follow the following guidelines:

* Avoid single high concentrated meals.
* Small frequent meals more times in a day.
* Food high in fibre content like vegetables, whole pulses, fruits, etc.

1. Avoid all kinds of refined carbohydrates like sugar
2. Take all kind of fresh veggies kindly restrict use of potato and sweet potato.
3. Instead of white bread go for brown bread or multi grain bread.
4. Try avoiding wine and beer.
5. Avoid all kinds of carbonated drinks they are not good for your bone health.
6. Low fat milk can be consumed about 200 ml per day
7. Low fat cheese and low fat yogurt can be taken.
8. Daily you can take a small cup of almonds, walnuts, pista and penuts which are good for your good cholesterol.
9. Daily take only one fruit, avoid banana ...if you like take only minimal quantity
10. Take protein like fish, meat, chicken 200 grams twice weekly
11. Alternate days you can take 2 egg white...please discard yolk(yellow) since it contains bad cholesterol
12. use olive and sunflower oil for cooking.
13. Prefer grill than oil fry.
14. Occasionally you can take ice creams and dark chocolate
15. Take good amount of green leaf veggies to avoid constipation.


For migraine, Try to avoid certain foods THAT TRIGGER Migraines like

Baked goods
Chocolate
Dairy foods
Foods with monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Foods with tyramine, which includes red wine, aged cheese, smoked fish, chicken livers, figs, and certain beans
Fruits (avocado, banana, citrus fruit)
Meats containing nitrates (bacon, hot dogs, salami, cured meats)
Onions
Peanuts and other nuts and seeds
Processed, fermented, pickled, or marinated foods

Treatment for Migraine:
Mild attack-
Tab. Paramet(Paracetamol 500mg. + Metoclopramide 5mg.) 1 three times/day till symptoms subsides.
For severe attack-
Tab. Migril(Ergotamine) OR Tab. Vasograin-2 tablets starting and then three times/day.

For acidity.

Avoid spicy, fried foods. Avoid being in empty stomach, Take milk products at intervals between meals.
As you allergic to Pantop, You can have Ranitidine or Famotidine tablets 1/2 hour before food.

All these are prescription based drugs only, so you need to see a local doctor for examination and prescription of these drugs.
