Brief Answer:
Hi you are suffering from Bakers cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
After going through your query I think you are suffering from Bakers cyst. Sometimes bakers cyst may also shift lower.

Its treatment option are
1.No need to treat if causing no problem.
2.Aspiration by wide bore needle and triamcilone 40mg given in the lesion.
3.operative removal

Other cause though rare may be haematoma due to fast walking.
It can be further investigated by MRI of the region to exclude rare causes. I think your query answered. Welcome to any follow up query.
