Suggest Treatment For Bell's Palsy

Question: How much Vit D3 is safe. I am 85, 6 stints. High blood pressure, thyroid Take thyroxine[?] 6 days a week, am mostly homebound - contracted Bell's Palsy 3 yrs ago, still have it. Are there any advancements on it? Quit driving because of it. Have oxegen at night because overnight test as 66. I take Caltrate which does have some D3 in it. Thanks for your help. XXXXXXX

Vitamin D can be given in daily maintenance or in bolus doses. In bolus doses 3 or 6 lakh IU are given intramuscularly once a month for 3 such. On the other hand, the recommended daily allowance (RDA) is 600 IU although the true safe upper limit is 10,000 IU/day.
