Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Area to be clean and sterile to avoid infections.
2. Use ointment silver sulphadiazine (silverex ointment) to apply on both burn areas twice daily.
3. Clean it with copious water before applying. Avoid any unsterile cloth touching it. You can get a dressing done to prevent exposure if required.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
