Question: What does mean..... diffusely altered echotecture of fibro glandular tissue at right breast predominantly at right upper nd outer quadrants with mild ductal declaration in subareolar region on right side.... plz tell me ..... nd tell me the mean of benign epithelial nd hyperplasia-fibroadenosis

Fibroadenosis is the most common cause of breast lumps in women of reproductive age.It may present as breast lump or pain in the breast.
It is generally a benign condition.
Fibroadenosis is overgrowth of both fibrous stroma and epithelial elements in breast i,e ducts and lobules.It may be considered as abberations of normal breast involution and not a disease process.
In most of the cases treatment is not needed.
You may only need NSAIDs group of drugs.You should avoid caffeine.
You may need other medicines depending upon symptoms.
