Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
You seem to be having Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
I would advice you to take a combination of Pantoprazole and Levosulpride for reflux.
You can take anti acidity syrup like Digene/Gelusil for symptomatic relief.
I would also advice you to avoid any pain killers and take soft and bland diet. Also, a good probiotic containing Lactobacillus also helps.
Yog hurt is a very good natural source of probiotics and helps in settling the stomach issues very well. Papaya cleans the bowels as it acts as a good laxative and helps in fighting with the constipation.
You should take soft and bland diet. Always put a pillow below your head when you sleep. Make a habit to walk after all meals. More important here is to avoid alcohol and smoking in case you do. I would also recommend you to take soft and bland diet only. Always brush before you sleep.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
Dr Anshul Varshney , MD

 Good luck.
