I've gone through your details and I appreciate your concern.

Medicines available are-

Proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole 40mg twice daily or Pantoprazole 20 mg twice daily on empty stomach in combination with 30mg Domperidone. or Levosulpiride. This combination is very effective in GERD control.

Acotiamide can be used in the 30mg thrice daily schedule for 3 months for better control of symptoms. Take it before breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Hi again,
Only pantoprazole is OTC.
All orhers need a prescription.
Pepto bismol can be taken along with pantoprazole(Prizolec) both are over the counter.

Suggestion-
Get a prescription from your primary after discussing treatment options.
