Question : Hello. I wanted to ask something please..I suffer from Hashimoto Tiroidit. I was diagnosed two years before after I gave birth of my first child. Since than I take eutitox daily 100 mg. From some day I have a tachicardia. My heart rate is often from 80-100 when I am lying. This takes away my breath and makes me feel in anxiety all the day. I have to see my doctor next week. Do you think that this heart rate is dangerous? Do you thing that taking to mutch af this medicine can harm my heart. Is it true that I have to take this pill all my life and hashimoto never goes away? Thank you very much.
Brief Answer:
Thyroid
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to note your symptoms.
With correct treatment it will all likely improve.
1 Heart rate of 80 to 100 is not dangerous
2 Taking too much thyroid medication can certainly be harmful.
Blood tests will show whether or not you are taking higher-than-necessary doses of thyroid medicine
3 It is true that Hashimoto's thyroiditis typically is a lifelong and irreversible condition
