I would like to know diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to answer your query.
Since Heinz bodies are nonspecific and found in conditions like alpha thallesemia, Glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase dedeficiency, liver problems.I would like to know the diagnosis which was made based on other clinical findings to help you better.
Awaiting for your response.

                                    Hi,
After taking her to have a blood test I got a phone call to say take her straight to the hospital that they were waiting for us there she was almost a deep yellow in colour (like curry) after more blood tests he red blood cells were depleting and her jaundice levels were sky rocketing, she was placed into a humidy crib with the lights on for many days until I was told there was only one option and that was a blood transfusion, which luckily her little body accepted.

                                    Brief Answer:
This is due to severe hemolysis
Detailed Answer:
Yellowish discoloration/jaundice is due to massive destruction of red blood cells.
Could you please upload her previous reports so that I can make provisional diagnosis? Was there a similar history in the past?
She needs an eye examination and has to be managed based on the findings.

I don't have any records of hers as they are all in the hospital, I took he today to have an eye examination and photo's of her eyes, they didn't find anything wrong with them but said that she could have "Occula Migraine" thanks so much for your help anyway

                                    Brief Answer:
She needs symptomatic management
Detailed Answer:
I am glad that you have been proactive. Ocular migraine is a condition in which there is temporary/reversible visual disturbances/loss. It responds with with pain killers like aspirin
Given her liver functions and has hemolytic anemia, she needs to carefully evaluated and treated. Since she is hospitalized, I trust her doctors will take due care. Keep me posted about her status. Wish her a long healthy life.
