Brief Answer:
You are suffering from acute hepatitis B.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from acute hepatitis B .
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Liver function test,Prothrombin time,Ultrasound of abdomen.

You don't worry at all. Most adults clear the infection spontaneously without any definitive treatment.Patient only require symptomatic treatment.

It is important to know total bilirubin and SGPT level from liver function test(LFT).If these are deranged then you may need few medicines. You should get at least LFT done.

Antiviral drugs are required in few cases only.It is needed in non resolving cases.

You should avoid fatty and spicy food.

There are many ways to spread hepatitis B besides sex.It may spread by blood, syringes, body secretions, razor etc.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
