Brief Answer:
Deworming medication only after stool report

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1) Your symptoms of gas, bloating suggest IBS for which it is advisable to start/continue treatment after consulting your family physician
2) Presence of worms in stool require stool tests, routine stool test and culture stool test (only in case of bacterial infection)
3) Based on report you require specific medicine for deworming from anti-helminthic group as prescribed by your family physician.
4) I would not recommend to start de-wrming medications without doinf any stool report

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
