Brief Answer:
Simple diet improvement can give great results.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

From your description, there is no serious problem with your digestive tract. It only needs some improvement.
Your symptom is typical for a group of conditions called IBS. Of course its too early to diagnose it. But this means that making for example colonoscopy we probable wont find any pathology.
It is also possible that stress and kind of anxiety affects your stool habits.

Here is what you should do to normalize your stools:
- start fiber supplementation and probiotic intake
- avoid coffee, caffeinated drinks, fatty foods
- start some physical activity (this can greatly regulate bowels)
- start Magnesium 400mgs a day supplementation if you feel it stressful

Of this simple steps wont help in a week or so, you should than consult your doctor and have stool tests done. Parasites infection should be ruled out as well as chronic bacterial infection.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
