Brief Answer:
No you should not be worried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,

Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I can understand your concerns.
I have gone through your history and investigation reports.
As you are not having any problem in ovaries and pelvic organ, you should not be worried about ovarian cancer.
These symptoms can be due to gall stone as well as IBS.
For gallstone you can go for laproscopic removal of gall bladder because it is the only definitive treatment for gallstone.
For IBS diet and lifestyle changes can help.
Take high fibre diet, lots of fruits and vegetables, avoid oily food, drink lots of water.
IBS is a autoimmune disease so there is no definitive treatment for it.
So please do not take any stress because these symptoms may not be due to ovarian cancer.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.
Good luck.
Regards

If any mass present in the ovaries can be detected by CT scan with contrast.
Only mass less than 5 mm can not be detected by CT scan.
If any sign and symptoms of ovarian cancer present or any abnormalities seen in ultrasound and scan than biopsy is advisable to confirm the diagnosis.
