Brief Answer:
Symptomatic management

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I now know you are having Irritable bowel syndrome and currently experiencing pain and diarrhea.
The treatment for now is mainly symptomatic, for diarrhoea consider having an anti spasmodic like loperamide twice a day. Pain can be controlled using hyoscine butyl bromide tabs, a good analgesic. I suggest your treating doctor to add these medication till the symptoms are releived.
Have plenty of glucose water, an ORS solution is good as it will help you restore your electrolyte levels.
Symptoms should subside by three days.

Welcome for further consultation regarding proper diet habits.
Thanks
