Brief Answer:
irritable bowel syndrome probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your symptoms sound a lot like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Many patients experience bloating and pain particularly with certain food or with psychological stress or randomly. The most common characteristics of IBS include partial or complete relief after defecation or passing gas, variable consistency and frequency of stool, repeated symptoms for a long time (more than a few months).

Before attributing anything to functional disorders like IBS, other causes have to be ruled out. A colonoscopy is required for assessment. When the diagnosis is documented enough, certain medications may help like otilonium or similar spasmolytic drugs.

Kind Regards!
