Question : if you do not have any of the factors to cause LBB with hypokinesia of Lt. ventricle what is the basic treatment, Having echo + utrasound in a week

Coming to this point, the best strategy to follow is a careful investigation for coronary artery disease.

Additional cardiac imagine tests, like:

- coronary angio CT,
- stress (dobutamine) cardiac ECHO,
- nuclear cardiac stress test (CARDIOLITE)

would be helpful to explore the presence of coronary artery disease (cardiac ischemia).

If such is the case, then coronary angiography is the test of choice to definitely confirm coronary artery disease and suggest the most appropriate therapeutic strategy.
