Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that e left bundle branch block (LBBB) with hypokinesia of the left ventricle are strong predictors of ischemic cardiac disease (coronary artery disease).

Coming to this point, the best strategy to follow is a careful investigation for coronary artery disease.

Additional cardiac imagine tests, like:

- coronary angio CT,
- stress (dobutamine) cardiac ECHO,
- nuclear cardiac stress test (CARDIOLITE)

would be helpful to explore the presence of coronary artery disease (cardiac ischemia).

If such is the case, then coronary angiography is the test of choice to definitely confirm coronary artery disease and suggest the most appropriate therapeutic strategy.

Please, could you upload here your available cardiac tests, in order to be possible for me a direct review and a more exact professional opinion.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me again in case of any further uncertainties.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
