Brief Answer: Please refer below Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for your query. I am not sure what the stage is. Depending on the CT or PET-CT scans and bone marrow evaluation, it will be either localised or disseminated. Localised disease is treated with Radiotherapy with chemotherapy. Disseminated disease is best treated with chemotherapy. those who have less than complete response to therapy should be considered for high-dose chemo and autologous stem cell transplant. Treatment is quite possible in India. Some of the good centers are Kolkata - Apollo Hospitals; TMC Kolkata Mumbai - TMH Mumbai; Bombay hospitals Delhi - AIIMS, RGCIRC Chennai - Apollo, Adyar Cancer Institute Hyderabad- Indoamerican cancer center Bangalore - Manipal and so on.
