Posted on Wed, 12 Nov 2014
Question: I often pick at my toenails until there is nothing left. It starts by picking at a hang nail but I eventually pull the entire nail off. Pain does not stop me. I may let it grow back for a few months but then do it again. What can I do to stop this behavior?
