Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

Recovery requires many years of treatment with medication. Schizophrenia is a chronic degenerating condition. You will require a lot of social support including support from family. You may never be able to work again. This is a serious illness that requires intensive treatment from a psychiatrist in your area.

Hello, and thanks for your question.

Schizophrenia is treated with an atypical antipsychotic such as risperidone or olanzapine. OCD is treated with a high dose SSRI antidepressant such as sertraline or escitalopram. Insomnia would also be adequately treated with an atypical antipsychotic. Visit a psychiatrist in your area and ask about dual treatment with olanzapine and sertraline, this is my recommendation for you.
