Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
1. The drugs you are taking. Sulpitac (Amisulpiride) 100mg increases Paranoid
schizophrenia. This is a fact. It adds intensity to obsessions. Prodep and Nexito
make a person impotent. In high doses, they cause suicidal thoughts and fantasies. Alprax is a dangerously addictive Benzodiazepine that has convulsions and psychosis as it's withdrawal symptoms. In combination, particularly, this combination that you are taking actually breaks your will and makes it even more impossible to stop those thoughts, pictures, sounds and feelings that are continually coming into your mind against your wishes.
2. If I were your treating Psychiatrist I would revise your drugs again and put you on minimal drugs on the basis of interactions.
In my opinion r-tms may not work in your case.
3. Kindly go to your treating psychiatrist with my opinion. He or she can counsel you and remove you off some of these drugs slowly.
4. Go to the internet, and take online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy classes for Exposure Response prevention. Ask a clinical Psychologist about this opinion. Also I suggest to download a CBT workbook. It works. Try it.
Best wishes in your journey.
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.
