Brief Answer:
Consult a Hepatologist or at least Gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
I have read and understood your history and the diagnosis.

I can understand the plight you must be going through.
Primary Biliary Cirrhosis along with advancement to the Varices of stomach along with Arthritis, Crohn's and colitis can be related to the autoimmune nature of your problems. These are diseases with no sure treatment.
Yet, there are medicines that ca be given for symptomatic relief.
As also you have to have supplements os Vitamins like A, D, E and K.
Symptomatic treatment and replacement therapy is needed for diarrhea you have.
For all these things you need to be under the care of a Gastroenterologist or preferably a Hepatologist.
Liver transplantation is one good option and you may please discuss this with your Specialist.

I know this answer may not be up to your expectations, yet will guide you through.

Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications if you feel there is a gap of communication.
